Brooklynia is Realm No. 123 of Schlaraffia, founded on 11 November 1894 — at that time still in Brooklyn, which was then a city in its own right. Today we meet in the middle of Manhattan, in the Steubenburg on the Upper East Side: Wednesdays, every other week, in German, in a form that has stayed the same for more than a hundred and fifty years and nevertheless looks different on every evening. Guests are welcome.
