"Noch ist's Zeit für Narren" is Brooklynia's pre-Carnival evening, a Sippung that celebrates wit, costume, and the liberating art of not taking oneself seriously. In a city that has its own traditions of festive excess, a Schlaraffian fool's night feels right at home. Costumes are welcome, dignity is optional, humor is mandatory.
